Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
Source candidates through portals, social media, references, and networking.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Support HR operations such as joining formalities and documentation.
Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably non-IT / corporate hiring).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
