Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment -- sourcing to onboarding
Develop and execute recruitment strategies
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
Manage HR documentation and employee records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Admin or related field
1+ year experience in recruitment or HR preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Good knowledge of HR operations and hiring practices
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
