to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website).
Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Stay updated on employment laws and recruitment trends.
