We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions efficiently, along with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates to enhance candidate experience.
Support HR team in additional tasks such as induction, documentation, and HR operations when required.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of recruitment experience
(in-house or consultancy).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/ATS will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
