Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Source candidates using databases, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines.
Support HR team in employee engagement, documentation, and induction processes.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection process.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing strategies.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Basic knowledge of HR operations (onboarding, documentation).
