Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and screening the candidates through online channels, social media, and professional network

2. Reviewing application and background checks

3. Conducting interviews and first telephonic screening calls

4. Onboarding and building relationships with the candidates

5. Hiring decision makers with strong communication skills, people management, and strategic thinking

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000/-
