We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with proven expertise in Non-IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Job Analysis:
Analyze job roles and tasks to document clear job requirements and objectives.
Recruitment Strategy:
Design and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored for non-IT positions.
Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize databases, social media platforms, employee referrals, and job fairs to identify potential candidates.
Resume Screening:
Review and shortlist resumes by matching relevant skills, experience, and role-specific keywords.
Interviewing:
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical knowledge, work experience, and soft skills.
Reports & Analytics:
Prepare and share recruitment reports and insights with the HR team and management.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and compliance documentation.
Hiring Updates:
Collaborate with hiring managers and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of various non-technical job functions and their hiring requirements.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
