We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates who align with the company's goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and assist with offer rollouts.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
