Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
Create and post job ads on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, career pages)
Source and screen candidates through resumes, applications, and interviews
Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with hiring teams
Conduct reference checks and background verifications
Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports
