Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
Create and update job descriptions and role specifications
Conduct job analysis to define key role requirements
Publish job openings on relevant platforms (job portals, newspapers, college portals, etc.)
Source candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments
Conduct structured and competency-based interviews
Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
Track recruitment metrics and present reports to leadership
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience conducting various interview types (structured, stress, competency-based)
Skilled in selection techniques such as screening and reference checks
Proficient with ATS, job portals, HR databases, and CMS tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making and candidate evaluation abilities
