GNG Technocrates is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while building a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with department managers to define role specifications.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and documentation.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment records, databases, and generate periodic reports.
Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR-related activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
0-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight timelines.
