The Recruiter will support the university's hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and coordinating the selection process for diverse positions. Reporting to the Manager HR (Recruitment), the role involves active candidate engagement, database management, and ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and hiring teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and references.
Conduct telephonic/virtual discussions with candidates to assess role fitment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment status reports with HR leadership.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data confidentiality, and organizational policies.
Provide support in campus hiring drives, walk-ins, or job fair coordination when required.

Interview timings: 10AM to 2PM.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
