Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Schedule and manage interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities.
Maintain and update recruitment MIS reports and dashboards.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
