Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring teams.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
