Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs.
Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
Source and screen candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals).
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with all legal and organizational hiring practices.
Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist with onboarding of new hires and other HR administrative tasks.
Monitor key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
