Captain Clean India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for roles in housekeeping, facility management, admin, and sales, ensuring the workforce is aligned with company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand manpower requirements from various departments. Create and publish job postings on portals, social media, and job boards. Source suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, local hiring networks, and walk-ins. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews for initial screening. Schedule and coordinate final interviews with the concerned department. Maintain a database of candidates for current and future requirements. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities. Follow up with selected candidates till joining. Maintain recruitment MIS and submit weekly reports. Assist in internal HR tasks when required (e.g., attendance tracking, staff queries).

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (experience in blue-collar hiring is a plus). Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Familiar with job portals, local hiring platforms, and social media hiring. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Preference will be given to candidates living in or near Virar.
