Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and hire talented individuals who align with the Trust's mission and values. This role requires a deep understanding of the Trust's sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications that align with the trust's goals and values.
- Conduct job analysis to identify key requirements and qualifications for each position, considering the unique needs of the Trust.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with relevant organizations, to source potential candidates.
- Create and post job advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates with a passion for the trust's cause.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlisted qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and alignment with trust's mission and values.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers, ensuring a fair and efficient selection process.
- Provide timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Address candidate inquiries, provide feedback, and keep candidates informed of their application status.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the system.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to the management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, considering the unique challenges and opportunities within the NGO sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to the Trust.
- Promote the trust's mission, values, and impact through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and industry events.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role. (Experience within the NGO/NPO/Trust would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques, and tools, with a focus on the unique challenges and opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire candidates who are passionate about the trust's cause.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in time.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the Trust.

You will play a vital role in attracting and selecting individuals who are passionate about the Trust's mission and can contribute to its impact. By developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and maintaining strong candidate relationships, this role contributes to the success and growth of the Trust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
