Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition

Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with hiring managers.

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment cycle - from job posting to onboarding. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Database & Pipeline Management

Maintain and update candidate databases for current and future requirements. Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.

Employer Branding & Communication

Represent the organization professionally to candidates. Support in campus hiring, job fairs, and recruitment drives.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws. Prepare recruitment status reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of recruitment methods & sourcing techniques. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines. Negotiation & relationship management skills.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT, depending on role). Freshers with strong communication and interest in HR can also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
