We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The HR Recruiter will play a key role in building strong teams by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent aligned with the companys culture and business needs.Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, networking events, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
