Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition:

Identify, attract, and acquire qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and determine staffing needs.

& Sourcing:

Create compelling job descriptions, post job openings, and utilize various channels (online job boards, social media, professional networks) to attract candidates.

Screening & Interviews:

Screen resumes, applications, and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.

Offer & Onboarding:

Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates and coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Strategic Contributions:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate candidate records and track key hiring metrics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
