Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the selection process.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Conduct joining formalities and orientation sessions.
Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
3. Employee Engagement & HR Support
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain HR records (attendance, leave, employee database).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
