Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Manage documentation for selected candidates (offer letters, reference checks, background verification)
Ensure timely onboarding and smooth induction for new hires
Work closely with the HR team to plan recruitment drives and workforce planning
