End-to-end recruitment for various business roles (IT and NON-IT) across different functions PAN India.
Screening: Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
Interviewing: Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person) and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Create, design and update job descriptions based on the company's needs.
Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Onboarding: Provide guidance and support to new hires.
Collaborating:
Work with HR managers to identify future hiring needs.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
MIS: Maintain and update recruitment reports and trackers.
