Job Title: HR Recruiter & Admin Executive



Job Summary:



Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Handle employee onboarding and documentation

Provide administrative support for smooth office operations


Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment Responsibilities:



Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic HR interviews

Schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate database / ATS

Follow up with candidates during hiring and onboarding


HR & Admin Responsibilities:



Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation

Maintain employee records and HR files

Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking

Manage office supplies and maintain inventory

Coordinate with vendors for office-related needs

Organize meetings, events, and training sessions

Ensure office cleanliness and facility management

Address employee queries related to HR and admin policies


Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment and admin roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organization and multitasking abilities

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools


Preferred Skills:



Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Experience in startup or fast-paced environments

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
