We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent that aligns with our company's goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Source candidates through various channels - job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person) to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR team in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role (internship/fresher experience can be considered).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR databases/ATS will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
