We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Professional with a strong background in hospitality recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in end-to-end hiring for hotels and corporate positions, with proven expertise in talent acquisition across multiple functions in the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel and corporate roles across all levels. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), references, and industry networks. Coordinate and manage interview schedules, feedback, and closures. Handle offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and ensure timely reporting. Build and sustain a talent pipeline for critical hospitality positions. Partner with HODs and management to understand manpower requirements and deliver within timelines.
Requirements:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR / Hotel Management. Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality recruitment (Hotel Industry background is mandatory). Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience in hiring across all hotel departments (Operations, F&B, Sales, Finance, HR, etc.) as well as corporate roles. Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
