We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring candidates who align with the company's requirements, culture, and growth plans. The recruiter will also support employer branding and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements and develop job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and pipelines for future requirements.
Manage job postings on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
Conduct reference checks and assist in offer negotiations.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws.
Enhance employer branding and promote positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with HR team on onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
