Job Title: HR Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities:

oManage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding.

oDevelop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.

oCreate and revise job descriptions and specifications based on organizational needs.

oConduct thorough job and task analyses to define job requirements and objectives.

oPrepare and distribute recruitment materials across various channels such as job boards, newspapers, colleges, and social media platforms.

oUtilize databases, social media, and other resources to source and attract qualified candidates.

oReview resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.

oConduct interviews using a variety of selection tools and methods to assess candidate suitability.

oStay updated on HR recruiting best practices and implement them effectively.

oGenerate and present recruitment reports to team managers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

oProven track record in recruitment, preferably in either an in-house or agency setting.

oHands-on experience with various selection processes including video interviewing, phone screening, and reference check
