Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual) and schedule further interview rounds.
Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate database, and provide regular hiring status updates.
Schedule interviews, pre-placement talks, and selection rounds.
Maintain student databases, placement trackers, and prepare performance reports.
Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills training.
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, alumni, and training partners
