We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment practices and the ability to manage hiring needs across multiple business functions. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for
Non-IT roles
and offers a great opportunity to grow within the Human Resources function.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for Non-IT positions
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with department heads for further evaluations
Handle candidate engagement, offer negotiations, and onboarding documentation
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and provide regular hiring updates
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and align hiring plans
Support initiatives for employer branding and employee referral programs
Skills & Competencies Required:
Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of various Non-IT job roles and hiring practices
Time management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player
What We Offer:
