We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to oversee and drive end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely closures of key positions, and play a crucial role in shaping the company's talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process--sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies.
Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, internal databases, and referrals to source top talent; drive innovative sourcing methods.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies, legal regulations, and documentation standards.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in hiring processes, technology tools, and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong experience in hiring for multiple functions (technical, non-technical, operations, etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and deliver within deadlines.
Experience in a fast-paced startup or consulting environment.
