Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2 years of experience, specializing in payroll management, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle endto-end payroll processing, support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management (Primary Focus):
Manage the full payroll cycle, including salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement.
Ensure accurate processing of statutory payments (EPF, ESI, TDS, etc.) in compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain payroll records, reconcile discrepancies, and manage audits related to payroll.
Handle employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and tax-related issues.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison for employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and payroll.
Support conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Track performance metrics and support employee development initiatives.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports, assist in audits, and manage documentation related to payroll and HR compliance.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Support the development and implementation of HR and payroll policies.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, labour laws, and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
