We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Recruiter
to manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a strong ability to identify, attract, and secure top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle -- from job postings and sourcing to interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.
Promote the organization's mission, values, and culture to prospective candidates.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
Proven track record of sourcing and closing positions across various functions.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: ?30,642.27 - ?55,856.23 per month
