Bulk hiring experience will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks; screen profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
Talent Acquisition:
Draft and post job descriptions, review resumes, and assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Interview Coordination:
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and candidate follow-up to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Database Management:
Maintain and update recruitment databases using Google Sheets and HR tools.
Process Improvement:
Contribute ideas for improving recruitment efficiency and candidate engagement.
Event Support:
Assist in recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and other hiring events.
Requirements
Minimum HSC qualification.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
Experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition will be a plus.
