End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-up
Understanding job descriptions and hiring requirements for different roles
Posting jobs on various job portals, social media, and the company website
Using databases, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify suitable candidates
Conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
Maintaining candidate records and recruitment reports
Following up with candidates post-interview and during onboarding
Maintaining an active pipeline of potential candidates

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
