We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Recruiter
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department managers.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding for selected candidates.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
