Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

HR Recruiter

to join our team at our Mumbai (Cuffe Parade) office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. She should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for matching the right talent with the right opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and databases Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/managerial interviews Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment reports Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and best practices
