Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and hiring of qualified candidates who align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements from various departments.

Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.

Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person).

Schedule interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback.

Maintain a candidate database and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.

Build a strong employer brand and maintain candidate engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment (NGO/nonprofit sector experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
