Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and career websites.
Source and screen candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with relevant departments for technical interviews.
Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
Organize and attend job fairs, campus hiring events, and recruitment drives.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
Qualification: MBA in HR is must
