Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Junior Recruiter
who will focus on hiring
retail store staff
including fashion consultants, store managers, cashiers, and stock associates. The candidate will play a key role in building high-performing teams for our retail stores across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for
retail positions
- from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates via job portals, walk-ins, social media, employee referrals, and local hiring agencies.
Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates for store roles.
Coordinate interviews with retail TA Lead and store managers.
Maintain a pool of potential candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire and joining ratio.
Assist in organizing recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and local hiring events.
Ensure timely documentation and background checks before onboarding.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the
retail or fashion industry
.
Familiarity with retail hiring trends and local talent pools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
