Understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication and provide feedback at all stages
Maintain recruitment reports and databases
Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
