We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to interviewing and onboarding. You will play a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Understand hiring needs and job specifications from hiring managers.
-Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals).
-Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
-Conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
-Manage and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
-Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
-Support in organizing job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
-Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Prepare offer letters and support the onboarding process.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in BMS (HR) OR MBA
-Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
-Familiarity with recruitment tools, databases.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
-Understanding of HR policies and employment laws is a plus.
Preferred Skills:-Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels.
Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
