We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join Kreya, a leading staffing and recruiting company based in Navi Mumbai. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's staffing needs. You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role is vital in helping Kreya build a talented workforce and drive organizational success through effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and social media.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding of successful candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
