Understand job requirements and prepare clear job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Maintain candidate records and reports through an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes.
Assist in preparing offer letters and joining formalities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with internal departments and ensure smooth onboarding.
