Job Description

Provilac Dairy is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles across various departments within the organization. A strong background in FMCG sector hiring is preferred, along with a proven ability to attract, assess, and onboard top talent.

Responsibilities:



Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles for both IT and Non-IT positions. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Sourcing & Attraction:

Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, employee referrals, and internal databases, to identify potential candidates. Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract suitable applicants. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Management:

Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and experience. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback. Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.

Offer Management & Onboarding Support:

Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates. Ensure all pre-joining formalities are completed efficiently. Collaborate with the HR operations team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Database Management & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the HRMS. Generate recruitment reports on key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to building and promoting Provilac's employer brand through various recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in end-to-end recruitment. Proven experience in hiring for both IT and non-IT roles is essential. Prior experience in recruitment within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is highly preferred.

Skills:



Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in using HRMS, Google sheets and an Expert in Excel. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
