Candidate will be responsible for all the type of lateral hirings.
Understand requirements, job descriptions to identify the right talent
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, headhunting, and networking
Screen and shortlist profiles as per requirements.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
Regularly follow up with clients and candidates to ensure smooth process flow
Maintain and update the internal database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Meet weekly and monthly placement targets
Manage all the End-End Recruitment process
