We are seeking a highly skilled and client-oriented
Senior Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients across various industries. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their talent needs, and delivering top-tier candidates in a timely manner. You will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and contributing to our reputation for quality and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding recruitment needs and updates.
Partner with client hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and culture.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Proactively source and pipeline high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates and provide regular status updates to clients.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and client-candidate communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS.
Provide market insights, salary data, and recruitment strategy recommendations to clients.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, EEO, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an agency
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
Proven success sourcing for diverse roles across industries and functions.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
