We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to join our recruitment team, specializing in

IT hiring

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (developers, testers, analysts, etc.) Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers Assist in onboarding and documentation processes

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of IT roles and recruitment lifecycle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
