Min 5 year Experience:

A recruitment specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within an organization by managing the entire hiring process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding of new employees; essentially acting as a key link between the company and potential talent. Key responsibilities of a recruitment specialist may include:

Job posting and sourcing:

Writing compelling job descriptions, posting them on relevant platforms, and actively searching for potential candidates through various channels like professional networking sites, job boards, and employee referrals.

Candidate screening:

Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements, conducting initial phone screens to assess fit and interest.

Interviewing and assessment:

Scheduling and conducting in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates, utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

Candidate evaluation and selection:

Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed candidate profiles and feedback, and assisting in making final hiring decisions.

Onboarding support:

Coordinating with the hiring manager to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Talent market analysis:

Staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor recruitment strategies to identify top talent.

Relationship building:
