We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with minimum 2 year of experience to help us attract and hire top talent. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
Post job openings and manage candidate pipelines.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
Support in preparing job offers and onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate records and assist with recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
1 year of recruitment experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
